Please read the highlights of the week below.
Language Arts
In Reader's Workshop, students will learn new strategies in order to grow more knowledge about a topic. This incluces figuring out tricky words, rereading like experts and the "Rug Club Game" to talk about their topic like an expert!
In Writer's Workshop, we will compare the results of our experiments against other scientists’ results, consider new questions based on my reading and revise conclusions!
Science experiments this week will involve new discoveries on rolling systems!
In math, we will wrap up Unit 7 and begin Unit 8: Fractions! Remember, Mathletics units correlate with the Every Day math units and lessons so are a good review!
