Next week students will celebrate Portuguese literature during their Portuguese classes. There will be guest speakers and storytellers from the greater community. Demonstrating Perseverance
Your child might enjoy this series of videos that tell the story of Panyee Football Club in Thailand. Several years ago, Panyee FC found a way to create a soccer pitch so that youth could play the game they loved, despite being a floating fishing village. They found success and support in their community and around the world. Over time, they were able to upgrade their facilities. Recently, they have been able to upgrade again. Watch the links in the order they are placed in this paragraph to see this story of creativity, teamwork, perseverance, and patience.
