Ms. Arcenas' Class: Maracujá is Inspire, Challenge, Succeed!

Inspire. Challenge. Succeed.

Every Student... Every Heart... Every Mind... Grade 4, I am truly proud of your growth throughout your Maracujá process. Parabéns! You have demonstrated what you are passionate about, and have been inspired, faced challenges and felt successful. In doing so, you have taught others how to embrace a growth mindset!

Reflecting on our Maracujá process.. Using the thinking routine, "I used to think, but now I think", students reflected on their Maracujá journey, pushing their thinking in meaningful ways

What did you used to think Maracujá was? What do you now think Maracujá is? What makes you say that?

We are Information Writers...

Celebrating our information writing! Grade 4, you applied your nonfiction reading and writing skills to create an information writing piece that teaches readers different things about a subject.

Throughout the writing process, you used your tools and structures to support your writing, and applied your understanding of text structures and text features to analyze different texts, to build knowledge about your topic and to organize your writing in meaningful ways.

Take the time to read each other's information books and learn more about the topics that interest your peers!
